Irvine Community Drug Prevention (ICDP) is pleased to provide this free Red Ribbon Celebration resource for volunteers. ICDP has served our local community since 1987, providing training, technical assistance and support to volunteers. In 1999, we developed the Red Ribbon Coalition website to expand these services to our own School Site Prevention Coordinators responsible for organizing Red Ribbon Celebration activities and events. Soon, the website became a resource to coordinators everywhere with access to the internet.
